About LIT Yoga

My lesson with you was fabulous - I really feel stretched and strong. Thank you!

Who am I and what is LIT Yoga?

I'm Miriam Zendle, a body positive yoga and Pilates teacher based in Epsom and Ewell who believes yoga is for every body and every mind. If you've ever felt like yoga isn't for you, I'm here to help.

I offer one-to-one and group classes tailored to you and your needs, focusing on inclusivity, building confidence, technique and, most importantly, fun. My business name means ‘loving, inclusive, transformational yoga’, reflecting my core teaching principles.

I’m pregnancy and post-natal trained and Accessible Yoga-qualified. I teach yoga styles from yin to yoga nidra, vinyasa flow and ashtanga, reflecting my personal practice, and an inclusive, non-hierarchical style of Pilates. I believe there is no one true path, no one true pose and that the practices of yoga and Pilates are and should be open to everyone. Read more about Yoga and Pilates For All here.

Whether you fancy a gentle hour of hatha, a super chill yin and yoga nidra evening, a pregnancy and post-natal session or an energetic Pilates class, I can cater. If you’re recovering from an injury or experience reduced mobility, well, I want to hear about it – we’ll work together to adjust the practice to your needs. Yoga asana can be therapeutic, it can be fun, it can be… whatever you want it to be.
