Just been diagnosed or not sure how to manage your condition? When you’ve got arthritis, two of the main things you want to think about are being active and looking after the mind: reducing pain, keeping additional issues at bay, and maintaining as positive an outlook as possible.

You want to combine physical and psychological benefits: keeping the body moving is key when you’re dealing with an inflammatory condition, and stress is a huge factor in flare-ups. Yoga is great for both of these things because it in itself is so varied, can be done at different levels of intensity, speed and effort depending on the day.

I teach practitioners of all shapes and sizes, with health conditions and without. We’ll work together to find what suits you, taking options when we need, building strength, functional movement and self-awareness.
