Blindfolded yoga is so hard! We put on blindfolds and started out with some lovely chilled out pranayama (breathing stuff) and then worked our way up into sun salutations.
When attending yoga, you might choose to go to a class in a yoga studio, a gym, or a community-driven class in a church hall or similar.
